
- 150 grams cornflakes
- 2 bars cooking chocolate (80 grams each bar)
- 4 tablespoons coloured sprinkles (optional)
- 50 grams butter
- 5 tablespoons golden syrup
Method:
In a non stick pan melt butter, chocolate and golden syrup. Add the cornflakes and sprinkles. Mix well with wooden spoon.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into cupcake cases and set in refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
Indulge in โQuality Testingโ by sneaking to fridge and nicking the goodies before Mum finds out.
Act totally innocent when Mum does stock take and finds at least 9 pieces missing.
Will keep in fridge up to 1 week but we are yet to find out if itโs totally true. They donโt last 1 day in our fridge because of a consistent need to indulge in Quality Testing.
