Delicious and not just for kids....!

  • 150 grams cornflakes
  • 2 bars cooking chocolate (80 grams each bar)
  • 4 tablespoons coloured sprinkles (optional)
  • 50 grams butter
  • 5 tablespoons golden syrup


In a non stick pan melt butter, chocolate and golden syrup. Add the cornflakes and sprinkles. Mix well with wooden spoon.

Spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture into cupcake cases and set in refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

Indulge in ‘Quality Testing’ by sneaking to fridge and nicking the goodies before Mum finds out.

Act totally innocent when Mum does stock take and finds at least 9 pieces missing.

Will keep in fridge up to 1 week but we are yet to find out if it’s totally true. They don’t last 1 day in our fridge because of a consistent need to indulge in Quality Testing.
