This week has been an exhilarating one. I took the first steps towards fulfilling a life long ambition and while I was still trying to absorb the happiness of that achievement, this afternoon I discovered that I was on the way to fulfilling yet another ambition of mine.
I also know this happened as soon as I decided I didn’t care what anyone thought of me or my efforts. I knew I was going to giveย it my all so I made the effort to take the first steps and I’m so happy that I did.
I discussed the reason for my happiness with 2 people and both didn’t warm up to the idea. In fact both, in their own way, wanted me to fulfill my ambition in a way they thought best. I could have easily been disheartened at this but I smiled to myself and vowed not to discuss future plans with them. I’m too focused to be derailed right now. I want this to happen…. and it will.
