I was browsing through the internet the other day and saw this and thought I’d share it on the Korner. I know that at least once in our lives, we have suffered a broken heart because of someone we loved a lot and this is by someone who has found a way to move on. I don’t know who has written this but felt it was worth sharing. Enjoy…

If you see me walking with someone else, it is not because I want to, it is because you weren’t brave enough to walk by me…

If you see me smiling, it is not because I forgot you, it is because I got tired of crying for you…

If you see me living again, it is not because I have moved on, it is because I hate the fact that you can live without me…

So if I fall in love with someone else, it is not because I want to, it is because you weren’t there to stop me.

A long time ago when I lived in the UK, I passed by a Church that had a sign outside and I’ve remembered it ever since. It said ‘God will mend your broken heart if you give Him all the pieces‘. So have faith and don’t let the pain of a broken heart overwhelm you. There really is someone better waiting for you to come along so don’t give up on love.
