I like to read and every once in a while I will come across something that I like, and would love to share. I found this on Pinterest and there were several different versions of the same words. I wrote them out in my journal (because it is said that you tend to remember what you wrote hence those tedious note-writing days from school!) and refer to them often.
I’d be lying if I say I follow them to a tee but it’s always lovely to keep turning back to refer to them as motivation. I don’t follow all twenty five habits at the same time but at least some are better than none at all.
So here they are – twenty five healthy habits to start today.
- Think positive
- Drink more water
- Wake up early
- Go to bed early
- Eat plant based foods
- Exercise regularly
- Practice yoga
- Get outdoors, enjoy nature
- Read more
- Make To-Do lists
- Snack on healthy foods
- Face your fears
- Make a workout plan
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Set long and short term goals
- Do what makes you happy
- Try new recipes
- Stretch before and after exercise
- Invest in a good foam roller (I’m still wondering about this one…!)
- Continuously learn new things
- Don’t fear failure
- It’s ok to say no
- Be resilient
- Never give up on your dreams
- Start today
Tick them as you go along, make them lifestyle habits and changes, and above all, don’t beat yourself up over not achieving what you thought you would. Make your own list, you own rules and you’ll see how much easier it is to stay on a positive path.

Thanks for sharing! There are some really great tips on here!! I’m trying a few like drinking more water and eating healthier…but the getting to bed early never seems to happen and I definitely need more practice at saying no! 🙂
