Simple dinners that require little effort are the best. Here’s a simple baked fish recipe with minimum fuss and ingredients.
- 3 medium fillets of fish (I used red snapper)
- Handful of chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoons chilli flakes (can be less or more)
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 1 heaped teaspoon minced ginger
- Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
Smear mixture on the fish. Bake at 180degC for 35 mins.
Serve with mash & vegetables/ salad.
