I suppose because it isn’t a milestone birthday his family wasn’t around him today. Yup – Obama was home alone as his birthday dawned while his wife took the kids to summer camp. I suppose he probably doesn’t find his birthday a big deal (how can you NOT?!) but being a huge public figure of course someone somewhere is bound to kick up a fuss about it.

So I’m wondering what kind of presents he might have got. I know of his addiction to his BlackBerry and he was not too pleased when he was sworn in as President the first thing they took away from him was his BlackBerry for security purposes. Also I think someone should have gifted him nicotine patches. His smoking habit is not nice. Ewww. Other than that I seriously do wonder what he got for his birthday. Anyway what DO you give someone who has everything…?
