Imagine shaming someone because they donโt look like you or donโt fit your stereotype of โperfectโ.
I am what I am. ๐
Iโve spent decades of my life worrying about what others think of me. I have done myself a disservice. Time to fix that.
I guess Iโve finally reached a point in life where I donโt care what anyone thinks of my body.
Body shamers are all over the place. Just because you donโt look like them, they feel thereโs something wrong with you.
Thereโs nothing wrong with you.
Itโs them and their perceptions that need correcting.
In fact, if people minded their own business, we would all really flourish.
It has taken me years not to be conscious of my stretch marks, the scars on my body, the not-so-smooth skin, crooked teeth, slight squint, and so much else the world deems as imperfect.
Donโt allow their opinions to think any less of yourself.
Thatโs all. ๐
